Ann is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in private practice. She utilizes teletherapy to work with people near and far. Ann works with people of all ages to assist with overcoming obstacles placed by life events, including trauma of all forms. She is a Navy veteran and works with many veterans in the community. . Ann has significant experience working with people who engaged in domestic violence and problematic substance use. Ann utilizes EMDR, Heart Centered Hypnotherapy and Motivational Interviewing to help bring about restorative change. Ann is also a Trained Adoption Counselor and a Certified First Responder Counselor.
